Rotary is one of the finest organizations on the planet. With a network of 1.2 million members worldwide, Rotarians have a unique connection to the community, and a global reach to truly make a difference in the world.

Rotarians contribute to world in infinite ways. Members serve based on their individual resources and abilities. The Four Avenues of Service are Club Service, Vocational Service, Community Service, and International Service. They form the basis for The Object of Rotary.

The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular to encourage and foster:

1. The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;
2. High ethical standards in business and professions, recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and dignifying of each Rotarian’s occupation as an opportunity to serve society;
3. The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian’s personal, business, and community life; and
4. The advancement of international understanding, goodwill and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.

Our club meets every Monday for fun and fellowship at the Riverview Branch Library, 10509 Riverview Drive. Meetings begin at 12 noon and end by 1:00pm. Weekly programs feature a wide range of topics.
